Mr. Hoffman's practice focuses on securities matters and wall street employment / corporation / severance dispute. These matters are typically resolved in arbitration before FINRA dispute resolution, JAMS, NFA and AAA on a nationwide basis. The firm also handles securities regulatory investigations before both the SEC and state regulators and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination cases, compensation and breach of contract and executive severance matters.
